Sailing

SAILING is one of humanity's oldest and most enduring forms of travel, connecting civilizations across oceans long before engines ever existed. At its core, sailing means using the power of WIND to propel a vessel across water, a principle that has driven exploration, trade, and adventure for thousands of years. The primary structure that captures the wind is called a SAIL, a large sheet of fabric or composite material rigged to a mast and shaped to generate forward movement.
